Harassment was reported in the 900 block of South Second Street around 2 a.m. Friday. According to the report, the victim had been receiving harassing text messages on her phone.
Burglary and theft from a motor vehicle were reported in the 800 block of North Randolph Street around 11 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, an unknown offender burglarized a vehicle, which contained keys to another vehicle in the same lot. The second vehicle was then stolen and dumped elsewhere.
Unlawful use of weapons was reported at FedEx, 102 Mercury Drive around 6 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, during a search of a locker at the shipping facility, a firearm was found inside of a backpack.
University

Harassment was reported around 4 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, a University employee received threatening text messages from a former coworker.
Theft was reported at Scott Hall, 202 E. Peabody Drive between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, an unknown offender stole a student’s wallet that had been left unattended in an unlocked residence hall room.
Urbana
Theft was reported in the 200 block of North Gregory Street around 10 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s bicycle’s rear tire.
Aggravated discharge of a firearm and armed robbery was reported in the 1000 block of East Kerr Street around 1 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, the offender, while armed with a firearm, stole illegal drugs and cash from the victim. While fleeing from the victim’s car, the offender discharged the firearm.
