Sidewalk closures to occur near Main Quad until Oct. 4
Road closures due to construction on Wright and Chalmers have been blocking off sidewalks near the main quad.

The sidewalk along Chalmers Street, west of Wright Street, will remain closed until Oct. 4 at 5 p.m., according to a Facilities and Services press release.
Additionally, the sidewalk north of Lincoln Hall leading to the Main Quad will be closed off for the same time period.
The press release states the reason for this closure is for utility work to reroute chilled water under the steam tunnel.
