Burglary was reported in the 500 block of South Fourth Street around 1 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, the victim was awoken by an unknown offender, who was attempting to steal items from the victim’s apartment.
Aggravated assault was reported in the 900 block of West Bradley Avenue around 4 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, the victim was threatened with a gun by the offender after a verbal argument.
Burglary was reported in the 2500 block of West Springfield Avenue around 4 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, the victim had his credit card stolen from his vehicle by an unknown offender. The card was later used at a gas station.
University

Theft was reported at Wardall Hall, 1010 W. Illinois St., Tuesday. According to the report, a ring belonging to a University student was reported stolen after the student left it unattended in the bathroom.
Theft was reported at Scott Hall, 202 E. Peabody Drive, Sunday. According to the report, a University student had their bike stolen. The bike was locked to a rack and had an estimated value of $120.
Criminal damage to property was reported at B4, 1201 W. University Ave., Wednesday. According to the report, a window was broken overnight between Wednesday and Thursday. The estimated value to replace the window is $300.
Urbana
Burglary was reported in the 2500 block of Fairfield Drive around 8 a.m. Wednesday. According to the report, items in the victim’s vehicle were stolen by an unknown offender, who entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle.
Aggravated battery was reported in the 800 block of Oakland Avenue around 4 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, officers were investigating a domestic dispute. As police investigated the dispute, the offender threw an object at an officer, hitting him in the head.
Burglary was reported in the 500 block of Griggs Street around 9 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, a debit card was stolen from the victim’s unlocked vehicle by two unknown offenders and was later used at multiple stores.
