Theft was reported Thursday at the Tech Zone in the Illini Union, 1401 W. Green St., around 7 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, wireless earbuds, valued at $173, were stolen. 

Burglary was reported in the 2000 block of South Lincoln Avenue around 3 p.m. Sunday. According to the report, the front passenger window of the victim’s van was broken into. A purse, ID, debit cards and a passport was stolen. The purse was valued at $50.

Theft was reported at Illini Union Bookstore, 809 S. Wright St., around 1 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, three clothing items were stolen. The items totaled a value of $110.

Urbana

Attempted burglary was reported in the 1900 block of Weaver Street around 10 p.m. Friday. According to the report, an unknown offender entered the victim’s garage in an attempt to enter the victim’s residence.

Identity theft was reported in the 900 block of North Broadway Avenue around 7 p.m. Saturday. According to the report, an unknown offender canceled the victim’s phone number, using the victim’s information without the victim’s consent.
