Champaign

Harassment by telephone, reckless driving and disorderly conduct were reported on Duncan Road and Kirby Avenue around 11 p.m. Feb. 22. According to the report, the offender drove his vehicle in a reckless manner and then used his phone to harass his ex-girlfriend.

Disorderly conduct was reported in the 1000 block of Crescent Drive around 7 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, the offender made threats to the victim outside his residence.

Home invasion and criminal damage to property was reported in the 1000 block of North Elm Street around 9:30 a.m. Thursday. According to the report, the victim was attacked by two offenders on her back porch. The offenders forced the victim in her house, damaged property and made threats.

Sexual assault was reported on Feb. 13. According to the report, the victim reported being sexually assaulted in May at an off-campus apartment. The victim also reported being sexually assaulted in 2018 at a fraternity house by a different person.

Urbana

Deceptive practices was reported in the 1000 block of West Main Street around 10:30 a.m. Thursday. According to the report, the offender responded to the victim’s advertisement for an apartment for rent. The offender issued a check on a nonexistent account and then asked for some of the money to be refunded. The victim discovered the check was not good and lost the money he refunded to the offender.

Criminal damage to property was reported in the 1800 block of Larch Place around 3 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, the offender cut an electric cord in the victim’s backyard.
