Burglary from a motor vehicle was reported on the 1300 block of North Lincoln Avenue at 3 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, the unknown offender stole credit and debit cards, a driver’s license and money from the victim’s unlocked vehicle. The offender then used a debit card to make a purchase from a business.
