An arrest was made on the charge of assault and criminal damage to property on the 1600 block of Ivanhoe Way around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the offender yelled threats and threw a glass bottle through the victims’ window, as well as throwing a knife onto their porch.
