Deceptive practices were reported on the 400 block of West Illinois Street at around 10:02 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the unknown offender made an unauthorized purchase through the victim’s bank account. 

An arrest was made on the charge of criminal damage to city property on the 1000 block of East Main Street at around 5:44 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the offender was shooting a bow and arrow outside when an arrow struck the victim’s house. The incident resulted in damage on the exterior of the house.
