An arrest was made on the charge of retail theft on the 100 block of South High Cross Road around noon on Wednesday. According to the report, the offender entered the victim business and stole merchandise.

Residential burglary was reported on the 300 block of North Lincoln Avenue around 8 a.m. on Monday. According to the report, the offender unlawfully entered the victim’s apartment and stole some of his belongings.
