Theft under $500 was reported at the Hydrosystem Laboratory, 301 N. Mathews St. on Monday. According to the report, a worker reported that personal medical supplies valued at $446 were stolen from a construction site.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 500 block of West High Street around 1 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the offender broke the victim’s window and displayed signs of mental illness and appeared to be having an episode. The offender was transferred to a hospital on an involuntary petition.
