Theft under $500 was reported at Hopkins Hall, 1208 S. First St. between Aug. 26 and 27. According to the report, the bicycle was locked to a rack and was worth an estimated $375.

Criminal damage to property and arson was reported on the 500 block of Crystal Lake Drive around 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown offender attempted to light trash on fire in the victim’s driveway.
