Assist sick and injured was reported on the 1900 block of North Lincoln Avenue around 1:32 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the victim was found unconscious their hotel and the unknown person who reported the incident left the scene before police and medical personnel arrived. Drug paraphernalia was found inside the hotel room.
