Robbery was reported on the 2100 block of South Orchard Street around 4:36 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the victim and offender communicated online and arranged a meeting so the offender could sell electronic devices to the victim. Upon arrival, the offender revealed a handgun and demanded money from the victim. The investigation is ongoing.
Theft over $500 was reported at Allen Hall, 1005 W. Gregory Drive, between 7-11 p.m. According to the report, a student’s bicycle was stolen from a rack. The estimated value of the stolen bicycle is $800.
Theft $500 and under was reported at Snyder Hall, 206 E. Peabody Drive between Sept. 28-30. According to the report, a student’s bicycle was locked when it was stolen from a rack. The estimated value of the stolen bicycle is $400.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1500 block of East Florida Avenue around 8:43 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the unknown offender damaged the victim’s vehicle.

Identity theft was reported on the 1200 block of North Lincoln Avenue around 5:40 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the unknown offender pretended to be a federal agent, and obtained personal identification information from the victim.
Burglary from a motor vehicle and theft from a motor vehicle were reported on the 2500 block of South Lynn Street around 5:36 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the offender(s) broke into the victim’s vehicle and stole multiple items. When breaking into the first vehicle, the offender(s) found a second key to another vehicle, which they drove away from the scene in.
