Champaign

Armed robbery was reported on the 500 block of South Neil Street around 11 p.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the victim was robbed at gunpoint by two offenders who were then picked up by a third offender in an SUV.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1400 block of North Neil Street around 9 p.m. on Saturday. According to the report, a bicycle tire was possibly thrown by an unknown subject and struck a vehicle.

An arrest was made on the charge of retail theft on the 2000 block of West Springfield Avenue around 8 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, there was a report of theft and two subjects were given notices to appear in court.

Identity theft was reported on the 2000 block of East Vermont Avenue around 1 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender used the victim’s personal information to attempt to receive aid from the government without the victim’s consent.
