Theft over $500 was reported in the 1400 block of East Pennsylvania Avenue around 4 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, the victim and the offender were dating and the victim claims the offender stole numerous jewelry items from the victim’s house with the intent to deprive the victim of the items indefinitely.
