Champaign

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1800 block of Moreland Boulevard around 3:54 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, a damaged window at a local hotel was found by an employee. The time of the incident is unknown, and there is not yet suspect information available. 

Burglary from a motor vehicle was reported on the 2400 block of Clayton Boulevard around 10:39 a.m. on Monday. According to the report, the unknown offender broke into a vehicle at an apartment complex and left with a wallet from inside the vehicle. 

University

Theft was reported at the Loomis Laboratory, 1110 West Green St. around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, a student’s bicycle was stolen from the rack outside of the laboratory. The student’s bike was locked to the rack at the time of the theft. 

Urbana

Theft $500 and under was reported on the 1000 block of West Main Street around 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the unknown offender stole the victim’s bicycle which was locked to a rack at the location. 

Forgery was reported on the 800 block of Glover Avenue around 10:01 a.m on Tuesday. According to the report, the unknown offender altered the victim’s bank check and cashed it without permission from the victim.
