Attempted robbery was reported outside of Everitt Laboratory, 1406 W. Green St., around 9:23 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the offender approached the student and demanded money from him. The offender did not reveal a weapon, but grabbed the victim and threatened to shoot him. The offender ran away when the victim dialed 911.

Urbana

Burglary was reported on the 1300 block of North Lincoln Avenue around 11:10 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the unknown offender entered the victim’s apartment and removed items without permission.
