Criminal damage to property was reported on the 500 block of East Michigan Avenue around 6:46 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the victim’s vehicle was damaged by an unknown offender. 

Retail theft was reported on the 100 block of East University Avenue around 2:03 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the unknown offender entered the T-Mobile and took merchandise without paying. 

Identity theft was reported on the 900 block of Fairview Avenue around 9:32 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the unknown offender used the victim’s personal identity information to open cell phone and cable services without permission.
