University

Burglary from a motor vehicle was reported at the C7 parking lot, 801 S. Sixth St., around 11:07 a.m. on Monday. According to the report, a University security officer called the police on Tuesday when he found the victim’s vehicle with a broken passenger window and evidence of burglary. Review of the security footage proved the burglary occurred Monday morning. The estimated vehicle repair cost is $249.

Urbana

Theft $500 and under was reported on the 800 block of Gwendolyn Drive around 3 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the unknown offender stole the victim’s package that was delivered to the victim’s address. There is currently no suspect information available.
