An offender was issued a notice to appear in court for hosting a nuisance party in the 500 block of East Stoughton Street around 2:11 a.m. on Saturday. According to the report, police initially responded to the scene after they were notified of a nuisance party. Upon arrival, the officers noticed there were more than 10 people in attendance, which is a violation of a local health ordinance.
