An arrest was made on the charges of criminal damage to property on the 800 block of Division Avenue around 3 p.m. on Saturday. According to the report, the suspect damaged the victim’s vehicle by sitting on the trunk and scratching the vehicle. The suspect struck the victim’s vehicle with her own vehicle while leaving the scene.
