Trespassing on state-supported property was reported at the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology at 405 N. Mathews Avenue, Urbana around 9 a.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, a witness saw the offender sleeping outside of the building. The offender was previously issued a no-trespassing notice for all University property.
Urbana
An arrest was made on the charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and parole violation on the 1200 block of Beech Street around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, a loaded pistol magazine was found in the suspect’s residence during a compliance check.
