An arrest was made on the charges of driving with a revoked license and possession of a controlled substance near Country Fair Drive and University Avenue around 2:30 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, the suspect was stopped for driving with a revoked license and was found to be in possession of a crack pipe and residue.
