An arrest was made on the charge of battery at Nugent Hall at 207 E. Gregory Drive, Champaign at 4:57 a.m. on Monday. According to the report, the suspect was allegedly the aggressor in a physical altercation with his roommate.

Urbana

An arrest was made on the charge of allowing a nuisance party near West High Street and South Busey Avenue around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the suspect held large parties at his residence on multiple occasions. When police arrived at the residence, the suspect did not answer the door and attendees at the party attempted to close the door on the responding officers when it was later opened. Attendees were reportedly crowding in the nearby streets and residences, causing a disturbance of the peace, and had parked illegally and failed to obey traffic laws when leaving the area. Police issued the suspect a notice to appear.
