Possession of a stolen firearm, unlawful use of a firearm by a felon, reckless discharge of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance was reported on the 1700 block of East Florida Avenue around 10 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the offender discharged a stolen firearm in an apartment parking lot, injuring himself while in possession of a controlled substance.
