Disorderly conduct was reported in the 800 block of Harris Avenue around 1 p.m. on Sunday. According to the report, a parent reported that someone made threats online about Franklin Middle School.

University

Theft was reported outside of PAR in the 900 block of College Court, Urbana around 11 p.m. on Saturday. According to the report, a University student misplaced her phone and later used a tracking feature to find that it was taken to an apartment building in the 2100 block of South Philo Road, Urbana. Police were unable to recover the phone because the building was locked and has multiple units.

Aggravated discharge of a firearm was reported in the 1400 block of Hill Street around 6 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown offender fired multiple shots from a 9mm into the back of the victim’s home, striking it six to seven times. The victim’s bathroom walls were damaged in the incident.
