An arrest was made on the charges of burglary, retail theft and fleeing from police at Kohl’s in the 100 block of Convenience Center Road around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the suspect and another offender left the business with merchandise worth $1210.40 without paying. 

University

Urbana

An arrest was made on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol near West University Avenue and North Orchard Street around 1 a.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, the suspect’s vehicle was seen weaving between lanes of traffic and police conducted a traffic stop. During the course of the stop, police noticed signs of impairment, and the suspect admitted to drinking alcohol.
