Unlawful impediment of movement was reported at the Swanlund Administration Building, 601 E. John St., Champaign, around 7 a.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, it was reported that demonstrators were blocking employee access to the building. Upon speaking with witnesses, police learned that the demonstrators had made physical contact with at least two University employees who attempted to enter the building. Officers also were approached by a University employee who reported that noise from the demonstration was disrupting services at the Counseling Center, 610 E. John St., Champaign. The incidents involving physical contact remain under investigation.
