Seniors Dee Brown and James Augustine are in Indianapolis for this weekend’s Final Four, and while the Illini will not be playing in the premiere events, both are getting in on the basketball action.

Brown headed to Butler University’s campus Thursday, where he participated in the 18th-annual slam-dunk contest and three-point challenge. Brown joined competitors from across the country in the three-point shootout, held at Butler’s Hinkle Fieldhouse on Thursday evening. The contest will be rebroadcast on ESPN at 11 a.m. Saturday.

Augustine is back on the court tonight, where he will face the Harlem Globetrotters in the annual NABC College All-Star game. The forward will see a familiar face on the sidelines, as Illinois head coach Bruce Weber will be leading the All-Star team.

The NABC game is scheduled for 7:30 tonight at the Conseco Fieldhouse and tickets are still available for purchase on consecofieldhouse.com. The game will be aired on ESPNU at 10 p.m. tonight.
