Former Illini and current Utah Jazz guard Deron Williams will return to Assembly Hall for an NBA preseason match up against the Chicago Bulls on Friday, October 17 at 7:30 p.m.

It will be Williams’ first time playing at Assembly Hall since leading Illinois to the 2005 Final Four.

Fans can also catch a peek at Bulls rookie guard Derrick Rose, the No. 1 overall pick in last month’s NBA draft.

Tickets to the game will go on sale to the public on Saturday, August 23 at 10 a.m. and will range in price from $25 to $70.
