Undefeated Illini hockey finish off Ohio State

The hockey team finished the series against Ohio State with another win by a score of 10-5 at home Saturday night.

Illinois got off to a quick start with three goals in the first eight minutes and scored the first nine goals of the game. Leading the team were Jordan Pringle, JJ Heredia and Jason Nemeth with two goals apiece.

Illinois raised their record to a perfect 8-0-0 on the season.

Next, the Illini hit the road to take on another non-league opponent, Central Oklahoma.
