The women’s basketball program announced Wednesday that guard Fabiola Josil will transfer.

The sophomore point guard played in 62 games in two seasons with the Illini. She averaged 3.2 points and 1.7 rebounds per game as an Illini.

“I would like to thank the coaching staff, especially Coach Law, for the opportunity that they blessed me with,” the Coral Gables, Fla., native said in a press release. “I also want to thank the players for always being there for me and all of the fans for their support.”
