My name is Elani Kaufman and I am a senior in molecular and cellular biology. I started at buzz as a freshman as a music staff writer and served as assistant editor the past year. buzz has held a special place in my heart for the last three years, and I’m excited to continue working with both our great staff and the Champaign-Urbana community. When I’m not arguing what constitutes a bop versus a banger, I spend my free time watching movies, going to concerts and attempting to cook.
