Climate change is a controversial topic, but few understand the physics behind the phenomenon. The physics department hopes to make that easier with its installment of the Physics for Everyone lecture series Saturday.
Professor of physics Scott Willenbrock will give a lecture explaining physics and climate change in nontechnical language.
According to the event’s website, Willenbrock homes to provide people with the ability to make their own decisions about the climate change issue by providing them with the scientific facts.
The event will be held in the Loomis Lab of Physics at 10:15 a.m. Saturday.
