Champaign police are investigating four shootings that occurred Sunday, three of which occurred within two blocks of one another.
Only one incident resulted in injuries, which were not life threatening, according to a police press release.
The first report came in at 4:30 a.m. from a resident of the 1400 block of Holly Hill, who said several rounds had been fired in to the home. One round went through the wall of a child’s bedroom; the 10-year-old child was not injured.
The second came in at 2:09 p.m. when police responded to a report from a 72-year-old woman of multiple shots fired and broken glass at a house on the 200 block of Bellefontaine Street. No suspect has been identified yet, according to the release.
The third report at 7:53 p.m. was to the 1500 block of Holly Hill Drive, when officers found a 23-year-old male gunshot victim, who reported being shot while watching television in his living room with friends. Eight other occupants were home at the time. The victim was treated for minor injuries.

The last report came in at 11:12 p.m. when several residents of the 1500 block of Holly Hill reported hearing gunshots from an unknown location. Two residents found that rounds had entered their homes. No suspect has been identified yet, according to the release.
