Champaign Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Sunday night in the 2000 block of Cynthia Drive.

Officers responded to the area at 10:36 p.m. and made contact with a 40-year-old male victim who reported being shot by two known men, according to a press release. The victim was driving in the 200 block of Cynthia Drive when he was approached by both men. One male exited a vehicle and fired multiple shots. The victim attempted to leave the area when the second suspect also fired multiple shots.  

No injuries were reported. Both suspects fled the scene on foot and have not been located.

Warrants have been issued for the arrests of Quintin Brown, 21, and Aaron Jamerson, 21. Both suspects are wanted on the charge of attempted murder with intent to kill or injure.
