Champaign Police are looking for a man who they say fired multiple shots Tuesday afternoon at Douglass Park in north Champaign.

Police say witnesses reported that a male suspect got out of a dark-colored SUV and shot at three people who were sitting at the picnic table nearby. According to police, the suspect ran back into the car. Both the driver and the suspect left before officers arrived.

No injuries or property damage was reported.

Champaign Police have declined to comment on the recent shootings.
