— Criminal damage to property was reported on the 300 block of East Daniel Street around 6 p.m., Saturday. 

According to the report, an unknown suspect damaged the victim’s car. 

— Criminal damage to property was reported on the 200 block of East John Street around 1 p.m., Thursday. 

According to the report, an unknown suspect threw a rock at a window and broke it.

— A 21-year-old male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver at the State Central Management offices, 2125 S. First St., around 11:30 a.m., Thursday. 

According to the report, a pat-down of the offender revealed bags containing crack cocaine and a substance believed to be heroin.
