— A 54-year-old male was arrested on the charge of theft at Wal-Mart, 2610 N. Prospect Ave., around 1:30 p.m. Monday.
According to the report, the suspect concealed items in his bag and attempted to leave.
— Criminal damage to property was reported on the 2400 block of North Neil Street, around 4 p.m. Monday.
According to the report, an unknown offender wrote an obscenity in the paint of the victim’s vehicle.

— A 50-year-old male was arrested on the charges of disorderly conduct and resisting an officer on the 1700 block of Florida Avenue around 11 a.m. Monday.
According to the report, the suspect threw beer bottles into an apartment parking lot and then refused to stop walking when an officer arrived and told him to stop.
— Criminal damage to property was reported on the 200 block of South Goodwin Avenue around 2 p.m. Monday.
According to the report, the victim’s vehicle was parked on a city street when an unknown offender damaged the rear window.
