Deceptive practices were reported on the 200 block of East California Avenue around 11 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, the victim paid the offender through an app for an item, but when they drove to the listed address to pick up the item, they realized they were given a fake address. The offender then blocked the victim on Facebook.
