According to a police report, a 34-year-old man kicked the woman’s dog and fled before police arrived.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested for burglary at the 1200 block of West Beardsley Avenue early Tuesday night.

According to a police report, the boy broke into the bathroom of the residence of a 38-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy. The 15-year-old offender took clothing items. Police later located the boy.

A 55-year-old woman reported theft from her vehicle at the 200 block of North Race Street late Monday night.

According to a police report, an unknown offender entered the woman’s unlocked vehicle and stole her coat and money. The center console of her car was also damaged.

No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

A 50-year-old man reported criminal damage to his vehicle at the 1500 block of East Washington Avenue late Tuesday night.

According to a police report, an unknown offender broke the man’s driver-side window.

A 20-year-old man reported theft from his vehicle at the 800 block of West Oregon Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

A 12-year-old boy was arrested for battery at the 1300 block of Cunningham Avenue early Tuesday night.

According to a police report, the boy was involved in a fight with another juvenile. When an adult stepped in, the boy hit him with a rock.

A 79-year-old woman reported criminal damage to her vehicle at the 800 block of West Delaware Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

According to a police report, an unknown offender used a fire extinguisher to damage the lid of the woman’s trunk.

Staff at Beckman Institute, 405 N. Matthews Ave., and the Coordinated Sciences Lab, 1308 W. Main St., reported indecent exposure Tuesday afternoon.

According to a police report, an unknown man was seen masturbating in the halls of each building. When confronted by women each time, the man fled.

A 19-year-old woman was arrested for underage possession of alcohol at the corner of Sixth and John Streets early Wednesday morning.
