According to a police report, the boy was caught attempting to steal two packages of Zingers.

- An 18-year-old woman reported being harassed via phone at Lincoln Avenue Residence Hall, 1005 S. Lincoln Ave., for the past several months.

- A 21-year-old man was arrested at the Morrow Plots, 1400 W. Gregory Drive, early Wednesday night.
