The Urbana High School Student Senate will hold their 34th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner next week. Last year’s event drew about 200 people. Chair of Community Service Nicholas Lyles hopes that this year’s event will be even better.

“The Thanksgiving Dinner is basically a way for us to help support the community and for members who do not have a family available to go and visit, or if they are going to be alone or homeless people….if they want to come and have a free meal. We have entertainment. And fun and friends and good food.”
