Champaign to vote on funding for Youth Pilot Program

The Champaign City Council will be voting on a number of items during its meeting Tuesday night, including grants for a the Garden Hills Youth Pilot Program.

If passed, the city would allocate more than $110,000 toward the program designed to serve children in the area around Garden Hills Elementary School. The program is part of the city’s Neighborhood Improvements initiative.

Champaign City Council meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the City Building.
