Champaign

  • A 42-year-old man and 45-year-old woman reported burglary from motor vehicle on the 100 block of South Neil Street early Saturday morning.

    According to the police report, someone broke a window and stole a purse located on the passenger side.

  • A 25-year-old man reported criminal damage to property on the 1600 block of West Bradley Avenue on Sunday afternoon.

    According to the police report, someone damaged the window screen from his bedroom window.

  • A 20-year-old woman reported residential burglary on the 1000 block of South Mattis Avenue on Sunday morning.

    According to the police report, someone entered the woman’s residence and stole several items, including an iPod, DVD players and clothing items.

  • A 43-year-old female reported threatening telephone calls on the 900 block of North Walnut Street on Saturday night.

    According to the police report, the offender made several calls to the woman and threatened her over the phone.

  • A 23-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 2400 block of North Prospect Avenue on Sunday morning.

    According to the police report, the man was intoxicated and urinated in the parking lot of the business.

Urbana

  • A 22-year-old woman was arrested at the interestion of Cunningham Avenue and Interstate 74 early Sunday morning.

    According to the police report, the woman was found to be driving while intoxicated after she failed field sobriety tests. She was also driving on a revoked driver’s license.

  • A 54-year-old man reported threatening telephone calls on the 1100 block of West University Avenue early Sunday morning.

    According to the police report, the offender left threatening messages on the man’s voicemail.

University

  • A 23-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of Sixth and Green streets early Sunday morning.

    According to the police report, the offender was driving under the influence of alcohol, illegally transported alcohol and failed to yield to a pedestrian.

  • A 46-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell on the 100 block of West Pennsylvania Avenue on Saturday evening.

    According to the police report, the man failed to stop at a stop sign, which led to the officers’ discovery of the marijuana.
