The reelection of Senator Mike Frerichs has gotten him endorsements from 28 Mayors and local leaders.
According to a press release, the list of mayors endorsing Frerichs includes every Vermilion County Mayor in the 52nd District.
The release stated, Frerichs was first elected as a State Senator for 52nd Legislative District in 2006 and is a chairman of the Agriculture and Conservation Committee.
“I am honored and humbled by the support of so many leaders of our community,” Senator Frerichs stated in the release.
