A 19-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of Neil Street and Bradley Avenue on March 21.

According to the police report, the offender was arrested for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving without a license and failing to signal.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of Clark and Elm Streets on Saturday morning.

According to the police report, the offender was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol, causing an accident involving non-injury, property damage, causing an accident on private property and running from the scene of the accident.

A 51-year-old man was arrested at the 500 block of North Mattis Avenue on March 21.

According to the police report, the offender was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with breath alcohol concentration over the legal limit.

Criminal damage to property was reported at the 300 block of East Green Street on Monday afternoon.

According to the police report, an unknown offender broke the outer pane of the victim’s apartment window.

A 20-year-old man and an 18-year-old man were arrested at the intersection of North Neil Street and Edgebrook Drive on Sunday morning.

According to the police report, the offenders were being arrested during a traffic stop for driving without their lights on when officials found them to be in possession of controlled substances.

Urbana

Theft of motor vehicle parts and accessories was reported at the 1300 block of North Lincoln Avenue on Monday evening.

According to the police report, an unknown offender removed the catalytic converter from underneath the victim’s vehicle while he was on spring break.

Burglary from a motor vehicle was reported at the 800 block of Oakland Avenue on Monday evening.

According to the police report, an unknown offender entered the victim’s vehicle and took a stereo.

University

Airsoft rifles, pistols, ammunition and weapons accessories were confiscated from two men at the Orchard Downs Apartments, 1900 S. Orchard St., on March 23.
