McKinley has given out 7,000 doses of the flu vaccine thus far and hopes to break previous records in distribution.
McKinley has not had a shortage of vaccines this year but hopes to have the need to order more, stated David Lawrance, health director at McKinley Health Center, in an e-mail.
Lawrance said there have been few cases of influenza so far because it is early in the season.
Flu shots will also be given at the Oasis in the Illini Union from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. until Nov. 5.
McKinley will be giving shots at the ARC Monday night and the Undergraduate Library Wednesday.
