Career Center to hold All-Campus Career Fair

The Career Center will hold its fifth annual All-Campus Career Fair at the Activities and Recreation Center from 12 to 4 p.m. Wednesday

A record 170 companies will be in attendance, offering students internships or full-time job opportunities.

Emily Neal, assistant director of the Career Center, advocated this type of career fair because it is for all students of all majors.

“Oftentimes students feel like they don’t have any opportunities to receive internships unless they are in the business or engineering schools,” Neal said. “The All-Campus Career Fair is for all majors and helps all students.”

Neal suggested that attendees dress professionally and update their resumes.

“We encourage students to talk to about seven companies,” Neal said. “The more companies they talk, the more likely it is they will receive a job or internship.”
