Champaign

Battery was reported at The Red Lion, 211 E. Green St., around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday. According to the report, the victim was battered by an unknown suspect.

Theft of lost property was reported at Bromley Hall, 910 S. Third St., around 7 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the victim’s money fell from their pants pocket and an unknown suspect took the money.

University

A 20-year-old male was arrested on the charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding near the intersection of First and Daniel streets around 11:30 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the offender’s vehicle was initially stopped because he had disobeyed a stop sign.

A theft was reported at Trelease Hall, 901 W. College Court, sometime between March 17-26. According to the report, the victim’s bicycle was stolen. It had been locked to a light pole and has an estimated value of $200.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1200 block of Brookstone Court around 4:15 a.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the 27-year-old male was arrested after a verbal argument and damaging the female victim’s property and apartment.

Attempted burglary was reported on the 2500 block of Prairie Green Drive around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday. According to the report, an unknown offender attempted to enter the victim’s apartment and damaged the door.
